We offer a 30 day full replacement guarantee on faulty cartridges. If you experience an issue with one of our cartridges during the first 30 days, please contact us to receive your replacement.
We also offer a 90 day full replacement guarantee on faulty pens and batteries.
Please note that our guarantee only covers pens and batteries that have been used with our products as we cannot guarantee malfunction due to voltage and cartridge incompatibility.
